Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

Welcome to AI Viral Lab (https://aiviralab.com). AI Viral Lab develops practical software and digital tools to help people solve everyday problems, improve productivity, and simplify technology-related tasks.

This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Viral Lab website and software made available under the AI Viral Lab brand, including WordPress plugins, Android and other mobile applications, browser extensions, desktop applications, web applications, AI-powered tools, and future digital products and services.

Our privacy-first principle is to avoid collecting personal information unnecessarily. Installing or using an AI Viral Lab product does not, by itself, give AI Viral Lab access to your personal information.

Because products differ in functionality, some may process information locally or interact with third-party services at the user’s request. Applicable details are explained in the product’s listing, documentation, interface, or permissions disclosures where required.

1. Who We Are

AI Viral Lab is an independent software-development initiative operated by Zeeshan Aslam Durrani in Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. Our Privacy Principles

Our objective is to solve users’ problems, not to build databases of their personal information. We design our products to minimize collection, avoid hidden tracking, and use local processing where practical.

We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally add undisclosed tracking or profiling to our products. We do not automatically collect information from websites or devices just because a user installs our software.

These commitments do not mean that all products are entirely offline or that no information is ever processed. Processing needed for a feature, requested network connections, hosting logs, and voluntary support communications are addressed below.

3. Information Processed by Our Products

Products may process settings, user-provided content, application state, or technical information needed for their advertised functions. Depending on the product, processing may occur locally in a WordPress database, a browser, a mobile device, a desktop computer, or another system controlled by the user.

Locally processed information is not automatically transmitted to AI Viral Lab. The exact categories of information processed and the permissions needed depend on the product and its enabled features.

Where a product collects or transmits personal or sensitive data beyond local processing, we will describe the relevant behavior accurately in its documentation, listing, interface, or other required disclosures before that feature is used.

4. Third-Party Services, APIs and AI Features

Some products may connect to external services to provide a requested feature, such as currency rates, maps, online content, automation, cloud processing, or AI-generated responses.

Depending on the feature, the external service may receive information needed to fulfill the request, such as a search query, selected text, a request parameter, an IP address, or other necessary technical data. AI Viral Lab does not necessarily receive or retain that information.

Where a product uses an external service, its documentation or product interface will identify the relevant provider, purpose, circumstances of transmission, categories of information involved, and applicable provider privacy policy or terms, as required.

Users should avoid submitting confidential or sensitive content to external services unless they have reviewed the relevant disclosures and are comfortable with the service’s practices. We do not knowingly use undisclosed third-party data transfers as a substitute for the advertised functionality.

5. Website Visits and Technical Logs

When you access aiviralab.com, ordinary hosting, security, and network systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the website.

We do not use this information for undisclosed profiling. If optional analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies are introduced, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide controls or consent where required.

6. Contact and Support Communications

If you email AI Viral Lab or request assistance, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, website address, and technical details. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and follow up on your enquiry.

Please do not send passwords, API secrets, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials in support requests. Information posted on third-party support platforms is also subject to those platforms’ policies.

7. Cookies, Permissions and Local Storage

Our website and products may use cookies, local storage, device storage, or platform permissions when needed for their functions. Examples include retaining preferences, authentication required by a website, and remembering product settings.

A browser-extension permission or mobile-device permission does not, by itself, mean AI Viral Lab receives the information accessible through that permission. Permissions and data use will be limited to the product’s disclosed purpose and applicable platform requirements.

Where a product uses optional tracking, analytics, or permissions involving sensitive data, the product will provide any disclosures and choices required by the applicable platform or law.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other parties.

Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers when a user invokes a feature requiring that service, or processed by infrastructure providers operating our website or communications systems. Information voluntarily shared with us may also be processed to deliver support or comply with applicable law.

Such activity does not imply that AI Viral Lab collects every user’s data. Product-specific third-party integrations and disclosures take precedence when describing a particular product’s actual operation.

9. Storage, Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by our software may remain on the user’s website, browser, computer, or device until the user or administrator deletes it, or until the product’s documented deletion behavior removes it.

Deactivation, uninstall, and account deletion may have different effects across products and platforms. Refer to the product’s actual settings and documentation for the available controls.

We retain support communications and technical operational records only as reasonably necessary for their purposes, security, and applicable legal obligations. Where an AI Viral Lab service offers account creation, applicable account and associated-data deletion instructions will be provided.

10. Security

We aim to design and maintain software using reasonable security practices, including secure coding, appropriate access controls, and handling of permissions and external requests. No software or network service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users and website administrators should keep devices, browsers, operating systems, WordPress installations, and installed software updated, and protect their own accounts and credentials.

11. Children and Sensitive Information

Our general software and website are not intended to solicit personal information from children. Products specifically intended for children or educational settings may need additional disclosures, controls, and safeguards.

We encourage users not to submit sensitive personal information to tools or external integrations unless it is necessary for the advertised feature and the applicable disclosures have been reviewed.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information that we control, or to withdraw consent where applicable.

For requests relating to information held directly by AI Viral Lab, email plugins@aiviralab.com. We may need to verify the request. For information controlled by another website, app operator, or external provider, contact that party directly.

13. International Processing

AI Viral Lab is operated from Pakistan. Hosting, communications, and optional external service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable, international processing is subject to relevant legal requirements and the service provider’s published practices.

14. Platform and Product Disclosures

This is a master policy for the AI Viral Lab brand. It is intended to apply consistently across current and future software categories without requiring a separate full-length policy for each product.

It does not replace accurate product-specific information required by distribution platforms. Where required, the product listing, readme, permissions description, data-safety declaration, in-app notice, or service documentation will explain its actual data handling, including third-party integrations.

If a particular product introduces materially different personal-data handling, its product disclosures and this master policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary before publication.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our products, website, technology, legal obligations, or privacy practices. The Last Updated date will indicate the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated or presented for consent where required.
